Capital Region Food and Agriculture Initiatives Roundtable (CRFAIR) is the coordinating body of the Good Food Network. The focus of our work is promoting healthy and sustainable food systems in the Capital Region. We are one of the Island Health Food Hubs who sponsors the Food Atlas.

The Port Alberni Shelter Society is a non profit organization that works with people who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.

The Alberni Valley Food Hub (AVFH) helps facilitate food production, food security, and food sovereignty in the Alberni-Clayoquot Region.

Cowichan Green Community Society, (CGC) is a non-profit organization that has been focusing on environmental sustainability in the Cowichan Region officially since March 2004. Since 2007, CGC’s mandate is to improve food security by developing strong relationships with local food producers and increasing urban and rural food production.
