The Comox Valley Farmers’ Market (CVFM) has been bringing fresh local meat and veggies, baked and processed foods, and healthy body products to Valley Residents for 25 years!
Eat West Coast is everything food on the west coast of Vancouver Island. We want a region where food is celebrated, abundant, and integral to the culture, health, economy, and community well-being for all residents. Eat West Coast is a strategy of the Clayoquot Biosphere Trust. We are hub for food security and healthy communities programs and activity throughout the Clayoquot Sound Biosphere Reserve region. We are supported in part by Island Health’s Community Food Action Initiative. Our communities include Macoah, Hitacu, Ucluelet, Esowista/Ty-Histanis, Tofino, Opitsaht, Ahousaht and Hot Springs Cove.
Get a variety of the best fresh, seasonal produce direct from Vancouver Island! Each week, the tucg puts together a box of the best value fruits and veggies from Vancouver Island farms and producers. Runs from June to October with pickups in Tofino, Ucluelet, and Ahousaht
The Alberni Valley Gleaning Project harvests fruit, nuts, and vegetables and distributes them throughout the community.
A group of like-minded individuals that would like to see a sustainable market for locally grown produce and locally made products.
