Community Meal Prep wants to help all ages and stages get cooking. We offer several types of opportunities to learn kitchen skills, build community, and fill your freezer with healthy, homemade, DELICIOUS meals. We have adult nights, adult parties, kids classes, as well as ready-made meals to purchase. We want to make feeding your family, easy, economical and fun!

Book A Date

Meals cost $15 + GST each and feed a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We​ ​offer​ ​4​ ​meal​ ​choices​ ​each​ ​month (crockpot all in one meals, casseroles, burritos, etc).​ ​You​ ​register ​for​ ​the​ ​date​ ​you​ ​want​ ​and​ ​choose​ ​your​ ​meal combo.​ ​We​ ​do​ ​all​ ​the​ ​grocery​ ​shopping,​ ​bag/container​ labelling ​and​ ​organization​ ​of​ ​prep items.​

​Join​ ​us​ ​on​ ​your​ ​registered​ ​night​ ​and​ ​we​ ​will​ ​all​ ​prep​ ​together​ ​until​ ​the​ ​meals​ ​are assembled.​ ​You​ ​go​ ​home​ ​with​ ​your​ ​freezer​ ​meals​ ​and​ ​enjoy​ ​stress​ ​free ​evenings​ ​without worrying​ ​about​ ​what​ ​to​ ​make for dinner!

You​ ​choose​ ​the​ ​menu,​ ​invite your​ ​friends,​ ​and​ ​we’ll​ ​COME​ ​TO​ ​YOU.​ ​We​ ​bring​ ​all​ ​the​ ​groceries, equipment​ ​and​ ​freezer​ ​containers. You and your friends show up, ​prep​ ​for​ ​a​ ​few​ ​hours​ ​and​ everyone goes home with​ ​​freezer​ ​meals.

• Cost: - $50 travel and equipment fee (within Victoria, BC) - $15/meal (feeds 2 adults and 2 kids)
