With our menus and instructions in hand, you prepare delicious meals for your family while experiencing a sense of community during the group meal-prep sessions. ​

Community Meal Prep wants to help all ages and stages get cooking. We offer several types of opportunities to learn kitchen skills, build community, and fill your freezer with healthy, homemade, DELICIOUS meals. We have adult nights, adult parties, kids classes, as well as ready-made meals to purchase. We want to make feeding your family, easy, economical and fun!
